Circle of Security Parenting Support Program

Grounded in the Circle of Security® framework, this group program explores how parents can better interpret their child’s behaviours, respond to emotional needs, and build stronger, more secure parent–child relationships. Through group discussions, personal reflection, and educational video materials, participants learn practical strategies to support their child’s emotional development.

  • Program Cost & Funding

    $130 per week/person for a program total of $780.

    These fees may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health insurance as psychological services or government-funded programs. Please contact us for more information.

  • Program Options & Dates

    Group 1 – Wednesday Evenings (7:00–8:30 p.m.)

    February 25 - April 8, 2026

    *No session April 1, 2026 due to Spring Break.

    We will offer the Wednesday program first. If there is enough interest, the Friday program will also run.

    Group 2 – Friday Mornings (9:30–11:00 a.m.)

    February 27 - April 10, 2026

    *No session April 3, 2026 due to Good Friday.

  • Who Is This Program For?

    Parents and caregivers of children ages 4–8 years (age range may be adjusted slightly based on interest).

    6 weekly in-person group sessions at our clinic.

    Group size: 6–8 participants.

ate has extensive experience supporting preschool and school-age children and their families across home, school, and community settings. Kate believes in fostering a positive environment for child and parent interactions to allow both to be their best selves, enjoy positive time together, and be resilient to life's bumps and bruises. Kate's positivity, humour, and joyful attitude create an environment of safety where participants can relax, reflect, and move forward.
